Who we are

Services

Valentin Yeo provides conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and UX consulting services: test strategy, experiment design, implementation support, and related advisory work.

Pricing and currency

Consulting is billed at a day rate, from £1,200 per day. Prices are quoted in GBP. Invoices may be issued in GBP, EUR, or USD at the client's request, using the exchange rate at the time of invoicing.

Payment terms

Invoices are payable by bank transfer or by card via a Wise payment link, and are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Scheduling and cancellation

Engagements are scheduled by mutual agreement. Cancelling with at least 48 hours' notice is free of charge. Days already delivered are billed in full. See the Refund Policy for how refunds on prepaid, undelivered days are handled.

Intellectual property

Deliverables (reports, designs, test plans, code, and documents) transfer to the client on receipt of full payment. Until then, Valentin Yeo retains ownership.

Confidentiality

Confidential information shared during an engagement is kept confidential and is not disclosed to third parties, except where required by law.

Liability

Liability for any claim arising from these services is capped at the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
